Tiburon and Belvedere experienced a total of just 7 home sales in September 2011. Five of the sales fell below $2 million and the other 2 were under $3 million. There are currently 21 properties in escrow in Tiburon and Belvedere with the highest being priced just below $3 million. There are currently no homes in escrow over $3 million (there are 40 listings on the market); the high end luxury market on the Tiburon Peninsula is simply flat-lining right now with excellent value for buyers. Below are the percentages of homes in escrow in each of the major price bands:

  • 33% of homes priced under $2 million;
  • 17% of homes between $2 million and $3 million;
  • 0% of homes between $3 million and $5 million;
  • 0% of homes over $5 million.
