Tiburon / Belvedere Home Sales & Real Estate Market Report | November 2014 | Pacific Union International. Tiburon and Belvedere, CA. had 17 home sales in October 2014, which improved upon a very slow Summer. The Tiburon peninsula is certainly one Marin County’s most coveted luxury home enclaves as it sits just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. As such it consistenly posts the highest price in Marin County. On the Tiburon Peninsula, homes priced below $2 million are generally considered entry level and elicit a great deal of attention (3 of such homes sold in October, with another 7 in escrow). Stepping up into the $2 million to $5 million price range, which is our bread and butter price point, we are seeing moderate activity — there were 14 such sales in October 2014. Above that, in the ultra-luxury market (above $5 million), there were no sales.

- 64% of homes priced under $2 million;
- 30% of homes between $2 million and $3 million;
- 45% of homes between $3 million and $5 million;
- 9% of homes over $5 million.
