Tiburon / Belvedere Home Sales & Real Estate Market Report | January 2015 | Pacific Union International. Tiburon and Belvedere, CA. had 7 home sales in December 2014. As those familiar with Marin County know, the Tiburon peninsula is one of the area’s most coveted luxury home enclaves as it sits just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco. As such, it consistenly posts some of the highest prices in Marin County. On the Tiburon Peninsula, homes priced below $2 million are generally considered entry level and elicit a great deal of attention (3 of such homes sold in December 2014). Stepping up into the $2 million to $5 million price range, which is our bread and butter price point, we are seeing moderate activity — there were 3 such sales in December 2014. Above that, in the ultra-luxury market (above $5 million), there was one sale.

- 33% of homes between $2 million and $3 million;
- 10% of homes between $3 million and $5 million;
- 6% of homes over $5 million.
