About Kyle Frazier

Kyle Frazier provides attentive, discreet service via a patient yet persistent approach. He will simply not rest until the transaction is complete — he works tirelessly to insure that his clients’ experiences exceed all expectations. Whether helping a seller market a property aggressively to get the most exposure and highest price, or working closely with buyers to expedite the search for the home of their dreams, he makes deals happen. In addition, his listings sell faster and for more money than those of his competitors and he is also one of the top buyer’s agents in Marin, with his buyer clients paying significantly less for their homes (contact Kyle to find out how this impacts your bottom line).

Kyle is a member of the exclusive Marin Platinum Group — an invitation only networking group consisting of the Top 100 agents in Marin County. Kyle is also a member of the Top Agent Network for Marin County, another exclusive network consisting of the top 10% of Marin agents. These memberships provide access to dozens of properties not formally on the market, giving Kyle and his clients a distinct advantage.

Kyle is a designated Certified Residential Specialist (”CRS”) and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (”CLHMS”) — to our knowledge, the only agent in Marin County to garner both of these prestigious, performance-based designations. Kyle is also a member of the California State Bar (J.D.) and licensed real estate broker.

Kyle works for Pacific Union International | Christie’s Great Estates, the top real estate firm in Marin County. Before joining Pacific Union, he was one of Frank Howard Allen Realtor’s top Marin agents in listings, sales volume, and transactions. In 2008, Kyle was his office’s top grossing agent (out of 40+ agents), was a member of the elite Chairman’s Circle of Excellence, and was awarded the Founder’s Award for community service (one agent each year is selected for this honor). Kyle also received Frank Howard Allen’s highest designation for customer service four years in a row before joining Pacific Union.

Kyle is an expert in marketing and selling Marin County homes–he is frequently interviewed and quoted by local and national media (including The Wall Street Journal, The Financial Times, Marin Extraordinary Living, San Francisco Chronicle, Marin Independent Journal, Tiburon Ark, NorthBay Biz, and The Residential Specialist). Kyle has also been featured on HGTV’s House Hunters.

Before acquiring his brokers license, Kyle practiced law in the San Francisco offices of two top-flight law firms and also spent 2 years with the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Kyle’s Mission Statement “My goal is to change the way you feel about buying and selling real estate and my approach is straight-forward:

  1. I take my fiduciary duty seriously and always “tell it like it is”;
  2. I will aggressively negotiate the best possible outcome;
  3. I treat each transaction with care; and
  4. I will do everything I can to remain your closest and most trusted real estate advisor. I earn my reputation one relationship at a time.”

Interests and Activities Outside of work, Kyle spends his time with his wife, Joanna, and daughters, Scarlett and Sienna. They like to hang out at the beach, watch movies, go to Giants games, play soccer, and obey their dog, Carmen.
